Surefoot – Building the Brand
It has been a couple of months now since we launched the new Surefoot Communications website and it has been very well received. The website has attracted many hundreds of new users and thousands of page views, driven by E-shot communication, Email footer links and a social media campaign and the feedback has been very positive.
The website was re-designed towards the end of 2019 and launched back in March 2020. We wanted to change the way our website spoke to prospective and existing clients, removing some of the clutter of the previous website and driving traffic to those areas that have always proven to be the most popular.
Using big bold blocks of corporate colour and introducing a new accent bright yellow gives a modern feel to the website. We also simplified the navigation and reduced copy content, reacting to analytics of the previous website views and customer feedback.
Our portfolio section is now broken down into the key areas that potential clients are likely to search for. Under our main service headers of design, print and digital communications we have broken down those areas into simple to navigate sub-categories. Visitors are now able to review previous projects by key services such as Design, Print, POS, Packaging and exhibition as well as specifically by client. This allows us to show off the breadth of work completed across a section of our client base.
We will continue to review, update and improve the website, understanding that to sit back and admire what we have produced is a recipe for complacency and poor SEO results.
