Surefoot have worked with Green Commute Initiative for many years and they turned to Surefoot when they required a re-work of their customer facing documentation. Their already strong identity meant we had to carefully balance the need for a fresh approach with some easily digestible instructional content. From downloadable user documents to handout leaflets and also social media post creations the balance across various media must always be consistent visually and in tone-of-voice.
